But if you’re like me, nothing compares to the taste of homemade salad dressing. It seems overwhelming, I get it. But trust me - it’s SO simple. You’ll be making these weekly in no time.

Citrus Lime Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cilantro
  • Salt + pepper, to taste

Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly combine.
  3. Store in an airtight container in fridge. Use within 10-14 days.
  4. Don't be alarmed if the dressing gets firm in the fridge. Heat in microwave for 10-15 secs to liquify.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
